Thank you for visiting my website. I own and operate a small number of rental homes in Iowa City, IA. All homes are close to the University of Iowa Campus. I take very good care of my homes and the tenants who live there. I strive to be the best landlord you will ever have.

Amenities
All homes and properties are maintained to the highest standards. Amenities include independently locking bedrooms, ceiling fans, washer/dryer on premises, central air, off-street parking and lawn care/snow removal.
All properties offer a full kitchen including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher and microwave. Eat-in kitchens or dedicated dining spaces are also included.
Each tenant enjoys a sense of privacy, security and personal space with a bedroom that includes closets, ceiling fans, plenty of space and locking doors.
Common areas include dining areas, living rooms and outdoor spaces. All homes offer either decks or patios with gas grills in addition to off-street parking and bicycle storage facilities.
Each home offers multiple bathrooms updated with showers, tubs and sinks. Central air and heating is standard, as are laundry facilities (Washer / Dryer)
